Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA.
• 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
• Experience with Generative AI strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Serve as the Strategy Operations partner for the Managing Director, Research, and Core Business Development.
• Deliver thought leadership and strategic guidance on Research and Core related topics and drive thought leadership around our Generative AI Data Strategy.
• Be proactive identifying business challenges and opportunities that are facing Research and Core, develop perspective, and drive recommendations forward while getting cross-functional buy-in.
• Manage several initiatives concurrently, interfacing with multiple stakeholders within Global Partnerships and across Google (e.g., Cloud, YouTube, etc.).
• Direct and conduct complex market analyses, solve strategic, and operational problems and identify key insights relevant for the global teams.
