Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of people management experience.


Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 2 years of experience generating insights from analysis on data sets to drive business decisions.
  • Experience in one or more industries covered by SDS (e.g., Apps, Education and Careers, Home and Consumer Services, Search Arbitrage and Aggregators, Tech Business to Business, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational leadership, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, and collaborate with and influence teams across boundaries (e.g., cross-product, cross-organization, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including with executive-level stakeholders.

The Sales Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.

As the Strategy and Operations Senior Manager for Services and Distribution Solutions (SDS) Specialists, you will act as the chief operating/strategy officer for the Large Customer Sales SDS sector's specialist teams. In this role, you will drive strategic planning, the definition of product priorities for the LCS organization in line with ALCS, and ensure priorities land operationally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own go-to-market sales strategy and execution for Services and Distribution Solutions sales specialist organization, in partnership with the Managing Director.
  • Manage annual strategic/business planning with key partners including headcount management, and facilitate communication and decision-making with leaders and teams.
  • Build, manage, coach and lead a team to define, align, and execute against priority activation priorities, metrics, and strategies on a quarterly basis.
  • Oversee and design organization-wide strategic processes to ensure long-term goals are being defined and met.
  • Deliver presentations with data-driven insights and a strategic narrative to influence executives to adopt recommended strategies, determine plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and lead implementation of change initiatives.
