Key responsibilities include:
  • Surveying properties and conducting structural assessments
  • Writing detailed building reports and scope outlines
  • Managing diaries and tasks to expedite cases and maximize resolution
  • Writing detailed and precise estimates
  • Statewide travel
  • Using available technology to be effective and efficient
  • Collaborating with other teams

MUSTs?
  • Bachelor's degree, PE License, 2+ industry designations, 3+ years inspecting buildings, estimating property renovations over $150k
  • Relentless work ethic, self-motivation, and student mentality
  • Senior-level time management, professionalism, and organization
  • Ability to thrive under pressure with clients and management
  • Outstanding communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness
  • Proficiency in CRM, Google Docs, and Sheets
  • Valid driver's license
  • Territory travel (15% - 25%) and quarterly travel to Orlando HQ
