- Boeing is looking for Structural Mechanics to work on Executive Fleet Operations onsite in San Antonio, TX. Day to day duties will include drilling, reaming, removal, and installation to critical support structures and fracture critical areas. You will also be responsible for sealing, painting, shimming, and preserving the aircraft in accordance with standard repair processes. Other responsibilities will include locating blind holes necessary for installation of new structural items to existing structure and participating in tooling assemblies and fixtures for depot level modification and repair of structural parts to the aircraft.

Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with non-porous metals, such as aluminum, titanium, and stainless.
- Experience working with schematics, specifications, assembly drawings and standard operating procedures.
- Experience using structures hand tools such as: drills 45 and 90 degrees, pancake adapters, counter sink cages, hole finders, and rivet guns.
- Experience working heavy structures: locating, drilling, countersinking, and fastening structures (doublers, stringers, webs, seat tracks, etc.) to aircraft.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- must have 4+ years of experience overall
- Experience with Depot Level/Heavy Structures maintenance
- Experience working on or around Executive Fleet Platform
- Operate a forklift, mobile crane, and riding type electric powered elevating equipment to accomplish work assignment
