Job Summary

1. Assist during orientations, fairs, previews, meetings, and other events hosted by OISP
2. Prepare documents and envelopes for mailing using E-Ship Global, DHL, USPS, campus mail, etc.
3. Drop off, pick-up, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
4. Prepare packets and flyers for programs and events
5. Accurately perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, copying, faxing, and scanning
6. Discreetly handle confidential or privileged governmental documents
7. Run office errands on campus
8. Escort OISP guests around campus
9. Assist with social media projects
10. Other duties as assigned and necessary including (but not limited to):
a. General cleaning
b. Assist with inventorying
c. Maintain general organization of office, work room and back room
d. Organize and replenish program/informational materials
11. Some lifting, transporting, or moving materials, etc. will be essential (approximately 10-50 lbs.)

Illinois State University student employees are restricted to no more than 28 hours per week of on-campus employment for all positions held.
