Who We Are:

SwRI’s Listing, Labeling and Follow-Up Inspection Services ensure that products, materials and assemblies meet specified requirements and acceptable performance to materials, ballistic and fire testing. Accreditations include International Accreditation Service (IAS), OSHA, U.S. Coast Guard, etc.

Objectives of this Role:

• Assist Engineers and technical personnel with Third-party Follow-up Inspection Programs' annual requirements.
• Local-Year Round Internship.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Support inspection related activities, review and reporting.
• Support sample related activities, testing and reporting.

Requirements:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or closely related engineering degree.
• Relevant coursework/internship experience.
• Skill: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint.
• Skill: Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Skill: Must be hands-on and organized.
• A valid/clear driver's license is required.
