The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are currently seeking a Project Management Intern for one of our Information Technology departments. Our successful candidates will want to gain a meaningful work experience with us for Fall 2024.

Many departments based out of our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, offer hybrid work options, empowering interns, and associates to work from home several days a week. Work Location: Remote available for non-location critical roles.

Be equipped with/to:
  • produce, review and act on periodic audit/verification reports and dashboards
  • assign and track status of internal and project audits
  • monitor timing of and facilitate distribution and collection of project requests
  • assist in the creation and maintenance of internal processes, templates, and tools
  • participate and contribute to team meetings, presentations, and projects
  • research emerging trends, data analysis, and evaluate options
  • effective communication skills with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical audience
  • ability to interact effectively with management and colleagues to prioritize and organize work

Starting Pay: Begins at $18 per hour and is based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Candidates should have the ability to work in the United States for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship.

Our company is not currently hiring interns for this role if they will need sponsorship at any time in the future, including Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT).

Requirements:
  • enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college/university (junior or above preferred)
  • all majors are welcome to apply (operations, management, project management, or similar preferred)
  • collegiate transcripts required with submission of candidate profile (unofficial are acceptable)
  • in good academic standing (cumulative GPA: 3.0 or higher preferred)
  • must be able to work up to 20+ hours per week
  • proficient in Microsoft® Office tools and related software, specifically Excel
