What You'll Be Doing:

PEO/AEO Unit UWC functions including monitoring compliance, PEO and AEO certification and securitization, PEO/AEO GAAP Financials, and processing registrations and renewals.
PEO UWC maintain their own assigned PEO/AEO accounts and are responsible for the ongoing compliance of the 233 registered state fund and self-insured PEO/AEO employers in Ohio.
Acts as PEO/AEO Troubleshooter and subject matter expert for all PEO/AEO issues both internal and external customers.
Act as lead for IT projects, testing and system conversions issues involving the PEO/AEO & Partial Transfer Unit.
Responsible for PEO/AEO Monthly Reporting for timeliness and accuracy.
Conducts quality control reviews of PEO/AEO lease transactions and partial transfer transactions.
Responsible for the gathering, reviewing, and maintaining of all PEO GAAP audited financials.
Analyzing and monitoring PEO payroll reporting via annual PEO/AEO audit, review, and processing of PEO audits.
Conducts education training presentations to the PEO/AEO community (as well as internal BWC customers) on BWC policy as well as developing trends and impacts to the PEO/AEO industry.
