What You'll Be Doing:
  • Schedule BWC requested exams with BWC Disability Evaluator Physicians (DEP); follows up with physicians to ensure timely receipt of physicians' reports.
  • Index documents from fax queues.
  • Skilled in the operation of a PC as well as using general office equipment (e.g. Telephone, Fax, Copier)
  • Knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with internal & external customers.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
BWC is currently operating under a hybrid schedule that can incorporate both teleworking and in-office hours. Employees may be required to report to the office when requested by management &/or for their initial job training.
