JOB SUMMARY

The Healthcare Change Management Representative responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Producing reports and analytics that inform business owners and stakeholders regarding cost and utilization, health access and quality, and organizational performance, providing data management, analytic, and consultative services to department and organizational leadership.
  • Involves activities related to supporting, enhancing, implementing, and maintaining programs and platforms used for analytics across the organization.
  • Helps the analytics department through management of the activities related to the development, enhancement, help, and maintenance of the suite of programs and platforms utilized to provide analytics across the organization, providing leadership and coordination to medium and large projects.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert and maintains positive working relationships across the system to manage projects by conducting data testing and implementing process improvement to assure timely and successful project completion.
  • Will also conduct training, provide communications, and help system stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will also create educational materials related to these programs and platforms and provide leadership, communications, and support to system stakeholders for medium-and large-scale projects within the analytics department.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

  • Coordinate staff and stakeholder training webinars; provide insight and guidance on updates and enhancements; provide timely support on training presentations; create SCORM-based educational packages for LMS publication.
  • Responsible for managing and facilitating organizational change management during product implementation and maintenance.
  • Acts as a credible advisor to Analytics & Intelligence (A&I) leaders to help advance, implement, and achieve analytic department goals and desired outcomes, providing practical and relevant ideas and insights.
  • Collects, reviews, and manages requirements for each project / request accurately and proactively.
  • Always communicating effectively with requestors and service providers, addressing questions or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manages rollout of new analytic tools, products, and visualizations in support of organizational initiatives and priorities, including identifying necessary changes to the data and presentation, developing enhancement specifications, reviewing vendor deliverables, and evaluating customer acceptance.
  • Accountable for management and development of domain deliverables utilizing agile methodologies to manage and maintain tracking of projects.
  • Recommends and implements new or modified analytic methods and procedures to improve end-result content and completeness of information.
  • Produces more advanced work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and expectations for quality.
  • Effectively negotiate deadlines when necessary and communicate changes to manage expectations.
  • Applies process improvement and Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and quality of work.
  • Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional, and courteous manner.


KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • Experience in a healthcare administration or related field preferred
  • Experience in education and creation of educational materials, SCORM, Articulate 360, LMS, preferred
  • Proficient in using Power BI, Epic EHR reporting, and other data visualization tools
  • Proficient with Agile Methodologies including Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Proficient with the Service Now (SNOW) ticketing system
  • MS Office Suite proficient; experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • MS 365 & Power Platform knowledge; Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated strengths working in a dynamic, ambiguous, and ever-changing work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • EDUCATION - Bachelors Degree Preferred or
    • Associates Degree plus 2 years of additional equivalent work experience then required below. (Total of 5 years equivalent work experience with Associates.)
    • HS Diploma/GED plus 4 years of additional equivalent work experience then the required below. (Total of 7 years equivalent work experience with no college/degree)
  • EXPERIENCE - 3 years of experience
