JOB SUMMARY

The Supervisor schedules, supervises, and evaluates the work of the Shuttles Services in Central and North Texas. This Supervisor works with leadership to establish policies and procedures for Shuttle Services to provide high-level customer service to patients, visitors, medical staff, and employees. and consults on complex diagnoses, repairs and preventative maintenance for all Shuttle Vehicles and supporting equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

  • Schedules, Supervises, and Evaluates Central Texas and North Texas Shuttle Drivers
  • Issues Driver Assignments for shuttle Routes on Temple Memorial Campus and BUMC main Campus, also manages driver PTO.
  • Maintains Data to Record Shuttle Ridership of Shuttles, Collect Vehicle Maintenance Pre and Post Checks from Drivers, and Collect Route and Driver Feedback Form
  • Works with the Fleet Department to Schedule Vehicle Preventive Maintenance and to correct Unscheduled Maintenance
  • Manage Shuttle Services Budget to include Employees, Fuel Usage, and Maintenance Cost
  • Maintains the Appearance of the Shuttle Vehicles and Signage at multiple locations. Ensures Damage Vehicles are repaired in a timely manner, also ensure any damaged signage or instructions are replaced in a timely manner.
  • As Required Travels to other Facilities to ensure Shuttles are operating to prescribed Routes, Vehicles are being maintained properly, and personnel
  • Fulfills and provides proof of continuing education, licensure, and/or certifications required to remain qualified for this role.
  • Provide Feedback to Manager on Shuttle Service Operation

  • EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
