Requirements / Qualifications

The job of Building/Grounds Maintenance Person is done for the purpose(s) of maintaining attractive grounds area(s); ensuring the availability of required equipment. Protecting against erosion; maintaining grounds for assemblies and/or recreational activities; ensuring assignments are completed in a safe, proper and timely manner and directing assigned workers as necessary. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Job related experience is required. One year of experience in general buildings and grounds maintenance work. REQUIRED EDUCATION: None required REQUIRED TESTING: Once your application has been submitted. It will be screened for minimum qualifications. Those who meet the minimum qualifications will be e-mailed an invitation for testing.
