Our clients are seeking Sub-Teachers in your area! Substitute Teacher are assigned to classroms who need assistance to maintain appropriate and equitable participation in school.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Personal Care Assistant will be with student for the full school day to assist with access to the educational environment as well as peer interactions. Assistance will include, but is not limited to:
* Follow lesson plans provided by the regular Teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for students
* Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions and maintain a positive learning environment
* Supervise students in and out of the classroom, including in the halls, on the playground and in the cafeteria
* Provide in-class and at-home assignments based on the available lesson plan
* For long-term substitutes: develop lesson plans and assignments consistent with the regular teacher's past lesson plans

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Bachelor's Degree Required
* PA Substitute Teaching Certification or willing to go through emergency certification/ Building sub permit process
* Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass State Criminal Record Check, State Child Abuse, Department of Education FBI.
