Substitute Van Aide

Mercer Area Middle/High School is currently seeking a Substitute Aide/Paraprofessional to support student(s) on their transit to and from school each day. This individual would be the primary Substitute Aide/Paraprofessional to fill in when the regular Van Aide is out. The Substitute and student(s) will follow the same procedures and expectations set for by the district and Van Aide in their absence.

The van run is Monday through Friday

The AM portion of the run is from 7:15 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. and the PM portion of the run is from 1:15 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

This position begins immediately, as the Substitute will be asked to shadow the regular Van Aide to become acquainted with the daily policies, procedures, and student(s). The van runs through the end of the school year, Covid-19 related district closures may not affect the daily operations of this position.
