Also need experience with UKG's HR Service Desk and RCM globally
Need Global Experience and flexibility to work off hours.
They will be working with teams in Europe and Asia
Your Role and Responsibilities
As an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Lead, you will play a critical role in leading the deployment and configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solution for our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Configuration and Customization: Configuring and customizing the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solution according to Client requirements.
This includes setting up data migration rules, defining business processes, and conducting playbacks/walkthrough/system demos, as and when needed.
Integration: Collaborating with the integration team for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solution with other SAP SuccessFactors solutions and third-party applications as needed.
Current list of integration includes Sterling (background check vendor), Paradox (Chat Bot AI) & DocuSign, O365 etc.
Testing and Validation: Working with the cross functional team thorough testing and validation of the implemented solution to ensure it meets functional, performance, security, and usability requirements.
Training and Enablement: Delivering training and enablement sessions to end users and administrators to help them effectively utilize the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solution.
Implementation Governance: Following established implementation governance policies and procedures to ensure consistent, repeatable, and compliant implementations.
Post-Go Live Support: Providing post-go live support to address issues, questions, and enhancements related to the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solution.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting consultant.
Needs minimum of 8+ years of experience in RCM Implementation and Support.
Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Helps with discovery, design & implementation of Job Profile Builder along with JPB loads & errors as needed.
Leads and maintains all Paradox related issues and Keeps leadership abreast on progress.
Leads investigation, testing, validation of SF release cycles for Recruiting.
Will be responsible for driving universal, admin opt ins & admin opt out changes.
Responsible to perform RCM Mobile Testing (IOS - iPhone & iPad and Android) via different devices
Assists in the efficient and smooth operational functioning of the Talent Acquisition System plus Onboarding application, plus Core HR end to end testing for global workforce
Identifies technical user requirements for the project and aids best practice solutions during workshops.
Drives vendor conversations for technical deep dives.
Defines clear milestones & works with vendor to achieve them
Drives communication, configuration, integration testing with 30 different agencies and 7 job boards
Helps drive Recruiting Project deliverables including mapping to various applications.
Helps creates process flows for current state.
Serves as Subject Matter expert for RCM module within SF.
Helps business with technology application questions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

UKGâs HR Service Desk Administrator support role:
Provides consultation on Workflows, Various ticket categories & helps define roles and accesses in HRSD Platform.
Globally support HRSD platform as and when needed (HRIS Ticket resolutions).
Leads Employee data mapping from SuccessFactors to HRSD for user profile setup.
Helps set up test users for all testing cycles in Success factors & People Assist.
Partners with vendor to lead cutover and data migration plan keeping in mind accurate sequencing of activities.
