Responsibilities

• Properly schedule and supervise weekly setup phases; Adhere to and enforce labor control measures.
• Assist with the hiring, training, and development of suite team members.
• Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to; Report safety hazards and repair needs as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of all transfers/deliveries from warehouse to department, following inventory procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine.
• Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss.
• Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• No college degree required.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for entire length of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
