Job Summary/Purpose
Gain experience and exposure to job functions within in Finance Business Partners including financial analysis, budgeting, modeling, etc. Individual will work under close supervision and will perform a variety of functions and work on projects with finance employees and various groups within Entergy including distribution, transmission, regulatory, and various corporate groups. The assignments will vary but will help build analytical skills by gaining knowledge of tools and business processes to help identify financial related problems and develop appropriate solutions.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform assignments related to finance principles, practices, and concepts (i.e. financial analysis, budgeting, modeling, scenario analysis, etc.)
- Provide customer service to business partners and internal customers
- Work on ad hoc request and continuous improvement projects to support stakeholder requests
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Ability to understand streamlined reporting and offer insight on how to improve current processes
Education Requirements
- Seeking an individual pursuing a bachelors (Junior or Senior) or Master's degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or similar program with strong analytical skills
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position:
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and in a team environment
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Independent self-starter with attention to detail
- Good critical thinking skills
- Microsoft Suite knowledge with preferred Excel focus
