Who will you work for?

At Tradeweb, you will be joining the team behind ‘BondWorks,' our cutting-edge electronic trading platform used by leading institutional and retail clients. Our close-knit team consists of two Software Engineers specializing in Full Stack development. As an intern, you will work on projects ranging from building high-performance caching systems to developing robust API microservices, all while leveraging state-of-the-art technologies like Spring Boot, Kafka, and Kubernetes. Beyond your immediate team, you'll have the chance to collaborate with a diverse group of 25 engineers, who bring expertise in areas such as Machine Learning, System Design, Software Development and much more. What do you need to succeed?
  • Strong foundation in computer science principles, data structures and algorithms, and a solid understanding of backend programming languages, particularly Java and SQL.
  • Experience with frontend languages like HTML and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to learn, a passion for technology, and the ability to adapt when faced with a challenge.

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $35-$75 hourly based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
