Description

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of new products, improvement of existing products, maintenance of cost-effective formulations, and timely resolution of technical service issues related to Fluid, Cultured, and Frozen Dairy Products
  • Conduct Laboratory and Pilot Plant trials
  • Summer project to align with person's interests. Will work with suppliers, sales, and/or marketing to design a new product that aligns with potential business opportunities


Requirements
The qualified candidate will be a junior or senior enrolled in an undergraduate Food Science program
