Job Description :
To provide oversight for the daily clinical operations for all CPM Therapy Services. To supervise patient care in area of responsibility. To supervise continuous improvement and ensures compliance with workplace safety, environmental exposure control, infection control policies and all other applicable internal and external regulatory standards. To supervise the human resource activities of assigned area. To perform the duties of a therapist as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and four (4) years experience working mental health, substance use treatment or a related field required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT) by the Alabama State Board of Occupational Therapy required.
