The HR Data Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising the HR Data Team. Documents performance, provides performance feedback, and formally evaluates the work of the employees. The supervisor will assist in the day-to-day direct support of HR, Payroll, and Provost's Office related data entry, quality checking, and error report corrections. This includes identifying and processing a variety of actions, such as supplemental payments, new hire onboarding issues, rehire and transfer errors, and record updates for faculty, postdocs, academics, certificates, staff, executives, volunteers, union, student workers, research associates, and temporary employees. They are required to work in all HR systems including but not limited to: Pitt Worx, Talent Center/Taleo, Salesforce, Perceptive Content, and OneDrive. Assists with record audits and mandatory reports which may include I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews.
