Supervisor, MidMarket National Accounts Operations

We are currently seeking a Supervisor, MidMarket National Accounts Operations to join our team.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing the MidMarket National Accounts team with the support and resources needed to maximize sales opportunities by participating in the development of MidMarket Sales policies and procedures, and by working with prospects and Sales personnel in order to process all sales opportunities efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
    • Performs sales administration duties including, but not limited to, generating accurate quotes and re-quotes in accordance with sales process policies and procedures.
    • Interacts with Sales personnel and management regarding bids, proposals, reports, prospect and client information, and correspondence.
    • Supports the implementation of new initiatives, reports, and manages other projects as assigned by management.
    • Generates, compiles, and creates sales activity reports.
    • Works to improve client experience and satisfaction for both prospective and existing clients.
    • Provides timely responses to phone and email inquiries from prospects, clients, and internal partners.
    • Assists in set up of new MidMarket National Accounts with involvement of key stakeholders.
    • Attends MidMarket National Accounts events as needed.
    • Works independently to achieve desired outcomes as defined by Management.
    • Acts as a mentor for assigned new team members, providing guidance, training, and resources.
    • Collaborates closely with all necessary internal departments.
    • Maintains a productive working relationship with internal and external customers on a frequent and continual basis.
    • Maintains professional, positive, and timely communications with prospects, referrals, Centers of Influence, current clients, and Corporate staff.
    • Maintains knowledge of Insperity’s product and service offerings, as well as internal departments and processes, to provide guidance and support.
    • Provides employees with timely, candid, and constructive feedback, endeavors to develop employees to their full potential, recognizes and rewards employees for accomplishments, and prepares and conducts annual performance reviews.
    • Develops skill level of the team through demonstrated leadership, mentoring, development, planning, and performance management.
    • Coaches, mentors, and leads employees with a clear line of sight to business strategy.
    • Generates correspondence as required by sales management and acts as communication liaison between MidMarket sales personnel, sales management, Pricing & Review, and service teams.
    • Ensures established performance standards are met.
    • Upholds Insperity’s cultural goals and demonstrates the values and mission of Insperity throughout the department and the Company.
    • Handles a variety of sensitive situations and confidential material with appropriate discretion, and problem-solves on own initiative.
    • Provides backup support for MidMarket National Accounts Operations team and Director, MidMarket Sales Operations when needed.

Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred.
    • Five to seven years of experience in a related field is preferred.
    • Experience interacting directly with prospects and clients in a professional manner is required.
    • Experience utilizing effective methods and techniques related to sales operations and customer service is required.
    • Proven problem-solving skills with an ability to accurately analyze situations and take effective actions under narrow time constraints to plan and organize workflow and to resolve conflicts constructively.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to tactfully and effectively maintain good working relationships with those encountered in the course of employment.
    • Ability to interpret, analyze, and apply company policies, objectives, and procedures, including developing, organizing, and implementing new policies and processes; appropriately utilizing effective methods for dealing with human behavior situations and conflict in a variety of business circumstances.
    • Ability to independently plan, organize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions and judgments relating to MidMarket National Accounts, projects, and other responsibilities; ability to analyze, review, and edit information consistent with operational standards.
    • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Professional Employer Organization industry and the company’s products and services.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, including advanced Excel skills such as formulas and pivot tables.
