Minimum to Maximum Pay Rate:$16.36 - $24.56 / hour

Summary

Responsible for supervising the overall business operations of the laboratory courier service. This position assists with or is responsible for interviewing, hiring, counseling and scheduling of staff. Provides direct supervision of all personnel within the section and is the primary resource for staff. This position is also responsible for orientation, training, and competency assessment of staff. Works with the Laboratory leadership team in the development and implementation of Support Services procedures. Identifies problems and opportunities for performance improvement, waste elimination, and cost containment. Works with other lab leadership staff as a representative of the Outpatient Laboratory. This position assures that the delivery of service is in accordance with applicable accreditation standards, the State and Federal laws and regulations. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customer service and quality of service issues are addressed and resolved.
