Summary:
Supervises the performance and day-to-day functions of all registration staff which may include but not limited to PBX, guest services, and cash control. Coordinates the activities of registration and financials to ensure positive patient outcomes and support the accuracy and effectiveness of the department. Plans, works distribution, organizes, and controls patient access functions. Assumes duties of the patient access manager in their absence.
