The MCI Tours and Introductions (T&I) Supervisor will lead a team responsible for hospitality, tours and strategic introduction services, creating an affinity for the organization and generating philanthropic referrals while extending goodwill to guests who have a strategic relationship with the Miami Cancer Institute. The Supervisor will also oversee the supervision of staff for a department that operates 24/7. Will be directly responsible for the performance and training of the MCI Access Systems Specialist. Serves as the primary liaison to the MCI Executive Team, facilitating special requests made for VIP meetings and tours. This facilitation includes leading/supervising the planning, coordination, agenda development and execution of key organizational meetings alongside BHSF leaders. Expected to provide departmental coverage and provide support as needed as an operator. Is able to lead cross-organizational teams which may not include a direct reporting relationship or authority. Is comfortable working a flexible schedule that may require night and weekend meetings. Estimated pay range for this position is $20.10 - $24.32 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Superb administrative, organizational and presentation skills. Must be comfortable presenting to an executive forum. Additional language proficiency desired. Minimum Required Experience: 2 years.Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Highly organized with ability to multi-task and attentive to details.
