Job Profile

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing consultative relationships with hiring managers across multiple business units to drive the full cycle recruitment process, to include requisition management, job posting content, sourcing, screening/interviewing, candidate offer/closing, and onboarding

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelors in behavioral sciences, HR, Health Care Administration or related field OR 4 years of commensurate professional work experience in lieu of a degree. HR related certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or AIRS)
  • Work Experience (Years and Area): Three (3) years recruiting experience; preferably in a health care environment.
  • Management Experience (Years and Area): n/a
  • Equipment Operated: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
  • Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)
  • Writing /Composing: Correspondence
  • Other Skills: Analytical, Research
