Overview

Oversee and manage all day-to-day aspects of the national Supplier Fleet and Out of Home advertising, including the sales, marketing, contract, and installation process with oversight from the VP of Supplier Strategy. The role will require and entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to work cross-functionally with the SGWS Executive Leadership team, Corporate Fleet Management team, Legal Department, SGWS suppliers and the Supplier national / local Trade Dev Management functions.

Primary Responsibilities

Fleet Advertising Program Management to include:
Lead all commercial and daily management aspects of the SGWS Supplier Advertising program and provide executive summaries to the SVP Supplier Strategy and EVP CCLS.
• Responsible for driving program sales by maximizing revenue and gross profit of the Advertising program based on vehicle inventory and availability
• Support the entire Supplier Advertising program process from initial inquiry through advertising installation
• Serve as a key resource in the interaction with SGWS supplier marketing teams, sales teams, and third-party advertising agencies
• Work closely with the Corporate Fleet Management team to communicate fleet advertising availability to suppliers, regions, and markets
• Independence: Must be able to manage projects independently while recognizing key risks that require elevation to the higher management levels
• Proactively identify and sell fleet marketing opportunities for supplier partners that optimizes the supplier's footprint with SGWS and available advertising opportunities
• Work with third party vendors to validate contract compliance and track progress of advertising campaigns against agreed upon service levels
• Work with third-party agencies and vendors involved in the development and installation of all advertising
• Responsible for the development of reporting to effectively track and evaluate on-hold, pending and active advertising contracts for executive summaries
• Work cross-functionally with the accounting department and SGWS vendors to ensure all advertising is being invoiced on-time and accurately
• Complete advertising contracts and work with the legal department, as needed
• Supplier Advertising Sales Manager will also be responsible for all analytics of the advertising program
• Develop, build, and deploy advertising pricing models to optimize available advertising capacity while delivering profitable revenue growth
• Work closely with the Corporate Management team and third-party vendors to communicate advertising availability to suppliers, regions, and markets
• Ongoing relationship management of the third-party agencies and vendors involved in the development and installation of all advertising
• Research and evaluate external revenue opportunities to expand advertising program beyond wine and spirits suppliers
• Develop and create reports to effectively track and evaluate on-hold, pending and active advertising contracts for executive summaries
• Work closely with the Legal Department to complete advertising contracts
• Work cross-functionally with the accounting department and third parties, to ensure all fleet advertising is being invoiced on-time and accurately

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Business acumen, with the ability to manage a P&L
• Advanced knowledge to build and use detailed reports in tools such as Microsoft excel required
• Ability to create executive level summaries and presentations with limited oversight
• Beverage supplier experience desired. Consumer Products Experience required if candidate does not have previous beverage supplier experience
• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 3 years of experience

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stopping.
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs.
• Site visits to ensure quality control
