Supplier Registration Specialist

Insight Global is looking to hire a Supplier Registration Specialist in Midland, Texas. This person will coordinate new supplier registration and onboarding which includes the following: engage suppliers to verify supplier information records and notify supplier of onboarding status. They will facilities supplier pre-qualificaiton (security & legal). They will also liase with AP Vendor admin, Supplier Enablement, Security, HES, and Legal for setting suppliers up in the system for purchasing and payment transactions (Ariba). This person will be interfacing with the supplier community and should be comfortable running calls, following up, and have great customer service. This role requires organization, since there are hundreds of suppliers to help through this process.

6+ months professional office experience

Advanced Excel skills (including v-lookups)

Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Administration preferred) or equivalent experience

Excellent Communication skills

Experience in a Customer Service Role
