Summary:
The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to weekly inventory inbound schedules.
A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing Sellout and AP1 forecasts by product at the SKU level while managing optimal inventory levels to support eStore sales.

Job Responsibilities:
• Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformation to standards and specifications.
• Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets related to inventory, inbound/outbound tracking, forecasts, and demand analysis.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer information via weekly consensus calls/meetings
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Task Description:
- Daily/Weekly monitoring and updating of Sellout and Supply forecasting by Product/model level
- Lead Weekly Consensus Calls with eCommerce and Product Marketing Teams
- Manage optimal inventory levels at the site level, Aging Inventory and WoS tracking, Stock Out Management, New Product Launch analysis, and Risk Assessment
- Monitor weekly STO status (end to end) with Demand Fulfillment / Ecommerce Teams / Business Teams / HQ
- KPI & Reporting: Weekly / Monthly KPI tracking, reporting and analysis

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, SCM, Finance, or similar
- 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Excellent Analytical, Communication and Computer Skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- SAP, NERP, and Forecasting System experience helpful.
- Excellent communication skills (written, and verbal)
- Korean Language skills for working with Global Operations, not required but helpful
- Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building with Senior Management up to, and including at the Executive level.
- Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
- Must be available to consistently work overtime and on every weekend if necessary.
