Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
Duration: Contract to hire
Location: Doral, FL - Onsite
Compensation: $24/hr.
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• The role is responsible for sales reporting and analytics for the Sales Office.
• Collect data, upload, update and maintain proprietary data base management system, included Forecast data .
• Standardize, create, manage and provide weekly reports and analysis of the business results to Sales and Supply Chain teams, as well as our customers.
• Generate data visualizations to support our business operations.
• Coordinate with supporting functions across the organization, including finance and other business units, as necessary to drive team goals.
• Must possess an analytical mind, be suited to following set processes, multi-tasking and delivering to tight schedules.
• Other assignments as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in data analysis role
• Good communication skills
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to question from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues
• Advanced excel required
• Bi-Lingual: English/Spanish
