  • Support launches and balance outs ensuring processes, systems and planning deliver targeted results.
  • Maintain launch and balance out tracker. Constantly identifying and resolving potential risk that will impact each plants success. Assist manufacturing plants with preparation for launch readiness reviews.
  • Lead monthly program balance out meetings.
  • Responsible for reviewing nodemand inventory and working with plants to mitigate risk
  • Perform monthly material launch glidepath analysis to assure process adherence and timely updates.
  • Assist supply chain management with suppliers that are experiencing delivery issue.
  • Support new employee master scheduler training.
  • Follow up on vendor releases for current production suppliers.
  • Quality System: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Qualityrequirements.
  • Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS): Understand, apply and meet all function-related EHS requirements.
  • Product Safety: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Product Safety requirements.
  • Compliance: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Compliance requirements.
  • Information Security:Understand, apply and meet all function-related IT / Information Security and confidentiality of YFAI information requirements.
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Employee must have the ability to work additional hours and / or overtime as needed or assigned to complete job duties on time.

Required Education Level:

Bachelor's Level Degree Area of Study: Supply Chain Management or similar.

*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.

Required Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the field.
  • Minimum of 1 yearof experience within the automotive industry.
