The role you'll contribute:

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and administrative support, as well as inventory management assistance, to the facility team. The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for various analytical and administrative duties, which may include processing requisitions and purchase orders, performing cycle counts, updating the warehouse and par locations, communicating with vendors, and generating inventory reports and cost and value analyses. The Analyst coordinates product conversions with the Clinical Resource Manager, receives reports from and partners on data analytics efforts with the Corporate Analysts, and completes ad hoc projects for the Supply Chain Director.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Partners with Clinical Resource Manager, Facility Supply Chain Director, and Regional Supply Chain Director to conduct cost and value analysis activities to identify potential cost savings for the facility

• Generates and reviews reports and/or presentation materials that aid in the decision-making process

• Completes analysis of comparative data identifying areas of opportunity

• Assists with coordination and implementation of product conversions at the facility

• Updates data related to various aspects of the supply chain function at the facility

• Assists with inventory management and enters inventory updates into Peoplesoft
