The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.

Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting Hartford HealthCare internal and external customers who are providing inquiries by email or phone for Procure to Pay questions. Acts as single point of accountability for inquiries and support of return of products, invoice payment updates, pricing inquiries and order confirmations while providing a full range of varied, multi-skilled clerical and administrative support. Support and assists with the development of this team and Supply Chain Management initiatives and key performance indicators. Keeps abreast of all Supply Chain Management policies and procedures. Responsible to ensure high quality, cost -effective product or service is delivered in support of the HHC core values and strategic plan.
Position Responsibilities:
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Support inquiries from internal and external customers about invoice payments
2. Support inquiries of expected date of deliveries of an order and order confirmation
3. Requisition to Purchase Order workflow questions
4. Return questions and support
5. Employee reimbursement inquiries
6. Pricing questions and inquiries

Qualifications:

Education
• High School Diploma
Experience:
• Minimum:
• 3+ years of experience accounts payable or purchasing
• PeopleSoft, Onbase, GHX
• Preferred: Healthcare experience
Language Skills
• English
