The Beverage Maker Supply Chain Manager will be the primary focal for all Galley Inserts Beverage Maker Products (BMP). This role will support all BMP new product introductions, sustaining projects, be responsible and accountable for BMP KPI's such as Supplier OTD, Cost Savings, Contract Coverage, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supports the Business Unit IPT team as the supply chain focal, lead IPT NPI, sustaining and development objectives being the Supply Chain lead.
  • Provide BU Supply Chain leadership and support to respective BU Home Site teams and Philippines Supply Chain team to meet BU IPT and Functional goals & objectives.
  • Leads the strategic supply chain plan for the Business Unit developing the cost out strategy, supplier rationalization plans, and supply chain optimization with commodity leaders, Philippines Supply Chain and corporate supply chain.
  • Monitor and lead efforts to ensure the BU Supply Chain metrics such as supply OTD, Supplier LTA & PA coverage, Supply Chain risk, Cost out are on track and where needed support teams to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Build strategic relationships with critical suppliers to support commodity teams and buyers.
  • Responsible for key escalations to support production, LRIP, Repair and Spare business operations.
  • When required support supplier quality and buyers with risk and capacity assessments
  • Support and participate in SIOP, Gemba, Tier 1 reviews as required to support the BU and IPT.
  • Review, manage, develop and maintain processes, work instructions and other quality documents support supply chain.
  • Conduct and leader monthly BU Supply Chain reviews for BU and business level leadership create and manage monthly BU measures such as but not limited to monthly operations reviews, PDPR and OA reviews.
  • Manage & Maintain corporate reporting tools for critical KPIs such as PowerSteering.
  • Lead work transfer, outsourcing & sustaining programs to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Lead lean events to evaluate processes and integrate into one set of processes for Galley Inserts.
  • Exhibit strong influencing skills.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR
  • Advance degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, Post Graduate/Masters degree preferred.
  • Project and /or new product development procurement experience.
  • Experience with JDE or equivalent MRP/ERP system.
