The role you'll contribute:

Under general and direct supervision by senior leadership, maintains multiple projects and process improvement plans. Manages and leads multiple projects from conception to inception with research, obtaining pertinent data, presenting, discussing, and implementing project plans, including review for quality assurance. Consistently monitors areas for process improvement to ensure optimal resolution for all patient accounts and adequate staff efficiency. Utilizes various database sources to create ad-hoc requests in support of project research and/or quality control. Facilitates and oversees various groups to deliberate projects, processes and provide team updates by scheduling and facilitating meetings to include preparing agendas, maintaining minutes, and developing meet ing content and presentations. Adheres to Florida Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you'll bring to the team:
  • Accountable for creation of comprehensive project plans, encompassing both IT deliverables (if applicable) and business deliverables. Responsible for all communication throughout the project life cycle, to include technical and non-technical resources attached to the project. Communication format may be verbal, written, or in presentation format, may include communicating status updates to top level Executive and Senior Leadership.
  • Oversees and is constantly aware of project status, anticipating potential roadblocks that may affect project completion, communicating issues with all levels of Senior Leadership. Responsible to ensure projects are completed timely, remain in scope of project goal and directives, and that all quality reviews are passed in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Works directly with staff and multiple levels of leadership of various departments to research processes, and develop the business logic needed to answer specific research questions, and develop, create, and submit the project scope.
  • Responsible to participate in multiple projects as required, balancing priorities by taking ownership and planning tasks related to individual projects under direction of Senior Leadership. Effectively communicates and presents to management, both internally and externally, oral and written documentation of work performed, status of project flow, and projected outcomes and trending.
  • Manages, participates in, and facilitates project committees by arranging meetings, agendas, presentations, process flows, minutes and applicable project data.
  • Advisory contact to all levels of management across the organization for developing and implementing key strategies in quality, process efficiency, performance outcomes, and sound project management.
  • Responsible for identifying, researching, and recommending standardization opportunities in both product utilization and processes.
  • Utilizes data resources to compile, manipulate, and analyze data necessary for research, support of assigned projects and quality review of changed processes.


Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
  • Minimum of three years of Supply Chain experience
  • Previous analytics experience
  • Four-year college degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or related field

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
  • Experience in a clinical area
