The role you'll contribute:

The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned components of daily supply chain operations at the facility, including the warehouse where applicable. The Supervisor will oversee assigned staff members' daily performance and may serve as their direct report. This position will build and maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders to ensure supply chain is meeting and exceeding customer needs. The Supply Chain Supervisor is ultimately responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness of their assigned area and team.

• Provide oversight of warehouse and/or other assigned areas of supply chain operations, including day-to-day management of assigned staff members.
• Direct the operational functions of the facility's supply chain in close partnership with other supply chain leaders.
• Organize and operate the materials distribution, receiving, storing and all related functions and systems in an effective manner.
• Partner with hospital clinicians and staff to ensure customer needs are being met by supply chain.
• Establish and maintain adequate levels of standard and emergency supplies to meet patient care demands.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

• Associate or 5+ years experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• Supervisory experience
• 6 months Peoplesoft experience
