Supply Planning Analyst Responsibilities

• Track and support the end-to-end allocation of work, auditing, and administration of supply and physical capacity across a complex global operation.


• Provide input into data-driven strategies balancing the priorities and timelines of multiple business units.


• Build tools to enable allocation of projected demand, supply, and other factors influencing utilization of capacity and physical footprint and requirements.


• Coordinate with vendor partners to plan new build-outs.


• Track and record allocation of programs across footprint ensuring end-to-end system coordination.


• Maintain processes to promote responsible utilization of our internal and external footprint.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field and 24 months of experience in job offered or in a related occupation. Foreign equivalent accepted. Experience must include 24 months involving the following:


• 1. Finance, resource planning, workforce management, workforce analytics, space planning, or vendor operations


• 2. Process documentation and iterative process improvement


• 3. Supporting organization-wide projects


• 4. Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization applications


• 5. SQL.
