A client of ours in the utility space is looking to add a Support Technician to their team. This Support Technician will be responsible for administrative tasks such as:
• Data entry/ completing tickets through Maximo,
• Answering phone calls and providing high level customer service,
• Scheduling inspections from customers who call in with inspection requests,
• Creating work orders and filing them appropriately,
• Scheduling team meetings, leader meetings, and assisting with catering needs,
• Additional miscellaneous office tasks as necessary

Required Skills & Experience
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer support or data entry role.
• Tech savvy and able to effectively / efficiently use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and basic ticketing systems.
• Customer service skills and ability to communicate well in person and over the phone for support.
• Strong organization, time management, and data entry skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Maximo for ticketing.
• Bachelors Degree
