Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Surgery Scheduler interfaces with patients surgery facility anesthesiologist and provider to perform all functions related to the coordination of scheduling surgery.

This position may have access to third party credit card information and transactional systems (cash registers point of sale devices applications supporting credit card transactions and reports or other documents containing credit card information) from single transactions or a single card at a time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of medical office experience required
  • Must be willing to work at other locations throughout the greater Sacramento area
  • Excellent customer service communication and computer skills required
