We are currently looking for a Full Time Surgical Cleaning Technician to join our Surgery Center Team team located at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center.

Summary:
Provides a variety of cleaning tasks, transferring of patients from operating room table to stretcher, and transporting of patients to and from the surgery center.

- May provide break coverage for others as assigned
- May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit
* Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Transports patients via stretcher, patient bed, and or wheelchair to and from areas of CNDH
* Replaces linen and sharps containers and empties trash and biohazard bucket as needed
* Ensures patients have the assigned hospital bed in order to be transferred at completion of procedure
* Cleans and disinfects all horizontal surfaces per standards after each surgical procedure
* All other duties as assigned
