Shift Hours:
Full-Time, 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), Day's, Monday - Friday
Job Description:

Responsible for providing quality patient care for assisting Orthopedic Surgeons with Hip and Knee Replacement procedures. Maintains safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors and properly functioning equipment. Assists and informs physicians of relevant information. Maintains patient treatment area with a coordinated, efficient surgical schedule and team for emergent and scheduled procedures. Taking call with trauma surgeons on a rotating basis with current tech team.

During non-operative days, this successful candidate will provide quality rooming assistance in the clinic setting with physician and team, including RNs, LPNs and MAs. Strong communication skills with patients and a strong work ethic in a team environment is a must.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program required.

Surgical technologist certification preferred.
Experience:
Two years of surgical tech and/or healthcare clinic experience required.
Additional Information:
Position may require some travel to our Oconto Hospital and other outreach clinics as needed. Compensation for travel time is included.
