We're hiring a Surveillance Operator I to join our dedicated team of professionals. In this role, you'll monitor gaming and non-gaming activities and procedures.

Additionally, you'll:
  • Conduct surveillance of gaming areas for cheating, theft, and other criminal acts and violations of company rules and regulations.
  • Identify deviations from established standards and prepare a Surveillance Incident Report for deviations.
  • Respond to requests for video review, regulatory compliance questions, observation requests, and other requests for information, as well as requests from Audit Services, Gaming Regulators, Michigan State Police, Risk Management, Human Resources, and other outside agencies.
  • Assist Security Department with video reviews, monitor incidents for officer safety and emergency situations such as bomb threats, fire emergencies, robberies, and other types of criminal and inappropriate public behavior (i.e., disorderly conduct).

Requirements:
  • Background in surveillance or loss prevention strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or alternative deemed appropriate).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
