Skills:
- Experience supporting application and web server technologies
- Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Ansible and Puppet
- Understanding of java technologies from a server / sys admin perspective
- Experience supporting multiple applications across large enterprises
- Helpful if they know Splunk and/or Systems Center Operation Manager (SCOM).

Ideal person needs to be self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to pick up additional technical skills quickly. Good organizational and communication skills are necessary as this person will be working directly with end users and customers.
