Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Deloitte will oversee the IT infrastructure for a large client, taking charge of the IT duties within the following SCCM areas:
System Architecture and Design:
- Design and plan both SCCM and MDM infrastructures for scalability and reliability.
- Develop integration strategies for SCCM and MDM systems.
- Establish policies for mobile device and system management, including security standards and operational procedures.
- Manage deployment of operating systems, applications, and mobile apps across various devices.
- Ensure successful and non-disruptive deployments.
- Updates, Patch Management, and Mobile Device Compliance:
- Oversee distribution of patches, updates, and compliance with mobile device policies.
- Schedule updates to minimize impact on system performance and user productivity.
- Maintain an inventory of all IT assets, including mobile devices.
- Utilize SCCM and MDM reporting features for tracking software and device usage.
- Monitor health and performance of both systems and mobile devices.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to optimize performance.
- Implement and manage security measures across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal security policies.
- Lead a team responsible for SCCM and MDM management.
- Mentor team members and coordinate with other IT departments.
- Provide training on new systems, processes, or functionalities of SCCM and MDM.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Generate and analyze reports on system and mobile device management.
- Provide actionable insights based on performance and compliance metrics.
- Document configurations, processes, and changes in SCCM and MDM systems.
- Keep documentation current and accessible.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in system and mobile device management.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance capabilities.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

- Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
- Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products
Required
- 8+ years of experience as a Configuration Manager
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Configuration Manager, Administrator Associate
- Certified Mobile Device Security Professional (CMDSP)
- CompTIA Security+
- ITIL Certification
- 3+ years as a Consultant with experience in a Managed Services environment.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Role is remote
- Ability to work and/or relocate to Springdale, AR
- Leadership experience
- Analytical/ decision making responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
