Job Title: System Engineer (Onsite)

Location: New York, NY.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance in person at walkup support locations, over the phone, remote connection software, chat, and email.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to users seeking problem resolution
• Perform onsite troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Settle best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Record events and problems and their resolution in internal ticketing systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working on:
  • Desktop Support
  • VIP + Support
  • Apple Mac
• Proficient in Asset Management, Print solution support, Logistics support and deskside support.
• Flexible, able to multitask, and prioritize reported issues.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 09/03/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 63,500.00 - $ 74,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
