System Engineer - INTL

The System Engineer is responsible for supporting IT Shipboard test environment. They will manage the service now queue regarding incidents, request and change tickets. This will consist of user / group account creation and management. Workstation and Server builds and the decommissioning of old servers. They will be required to work with Product Teams to resolve server/workstion or network issues.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2+ years of experience in the field of System Engineering / System Administration

* Degree or equivalent experience in area of Computer Science

* Extensive experience in VMWare vCenter 7.0 - 8.0
- Extensive experience in Active Directory
- Extensive Experience in Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022
- Extensive Experience in MS Workstation 10, 11
- Experience in Network Administration
- Experience with Service Now ticketing system
- Experience in JIRA for project management
- Must have strong communication and presentation skills
