Responsibilities

Job Summary / Purpose
The System Manager of GPO Financial and Onboarding Analytics manages a team that performs financial analysis for the GPO to ensure receipt and distribution of administrative fees. Further, this individual will be in charge of auditing both vendors and admin fees regularly to ensure timely receipt, education of vendors to ensure data integrity of information received from vendors. In addition, this individual will oversee the development of market baskets, or cost impact analysis, onboarding of new facilities to the CommonSpirit roster in coordination with Contract Administration to ensure appropriate contract connections are in place and pricing is activated across GPO's and distribution as appropriate. The System Manager will build a roadmap for onboarding and divesting of facilities under the Owned, Leased and Managed category under CommonSpirit and will provide analytics upon request as part of the onboarding and divestiture activities. The System Manager will take the lead for SSRM to ensure that all M&A pre-and post-work activities and requests are coordinated throughout all of SSRM and coordinate activities among the various functions, ERP, CAM, Contracting and Finance.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities
  • Work with developers to build the necessary tools to ensure accuracy in reporting of GPO financial activities, auditing and development and maintenance of KPI's to ensure reliability in reporting
  • Collaborate with Treasury and Accounting to ensure all fees are accounted appropriately
  • Develop robust audit program to ensure maximum capture of administrative fees
  • Educate vendors on data sharing
  • Create market basket analysis and deck that succinctly shares cost impact for affiliates and acquisitions
  • Develop roadmap for onboarding new affiliates and acquisitions to ensure contract connections and price activations are performed in a timely manner and coordinated through Contract Administration
  • Coordinate acquisition and divestiture activities among the various teams - ERP, CAM, Finance, Sourcing & Contracting
  • Prepare reports as required for acquisitions and divestiture activities

  • Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications
    Required Education - Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 3 years leadership experience OR minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the discipline OR Master's Degree and no experience

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting or Finance
    Required Minimum Experience
    5+ years of experience in financial analytics and reporting

    Bachelor Degree required in Accounting, Finance or related business field

    Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    Strong Excel Skills

    Knowledge of Basic Accounting Principals

    PREFERRED Education and/or Experience MBA preferred

    3+ years of GPO experience preferred
