Insight Global's client is looking for a System Test Lead to join their team in one of thefour locations. This person will be responsible for ensuring hardware and software products are integrated correctly for the organizations water heating and HVAC systems. He/she will be developing test strategies, creating test plans to verify that the product design specifications/requirements are met, reviewing test cases/automation, leading an offshore team and providing direction when needed.

$120,000 - 125,000 - exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience within an engineering/system testing type of role. At least 1+ years working in a Lead capacity.
- Extensive expereince with testing products both hardware and software (60% software testing and 40% hardware testing).

* Experience developing test cases and test automation -- testing tools but not limited to: Python, LabVIEW, test stand, robot, etc.

o Responsible for leading a team of about 4 offshore engineers to help build out test cases and test automations.
