Active Directory Admins with DNS/DHCP & ECM

The position of AD System Admin with DNS/DHCP & ECM is a Systems Integration role for the Cox Prod Environments. It requires the ability to successfully coordinate between the different Technology teams in building and supporting (Operations) the Prod Environments. It requires the ability to think at an End-to-End System Architecture and Design level

The admin tasks consists of key areas: Implement, Perform, Provide Technical Support, Recommend Support, Create Documentation. The admin must be able to coordinate between multiple technology teams to:

Active Directory Administration:

Building, configuring and maintaining Domain Controllers

Group Policy Objects creation/modification

AD objects creation/modification

User accounts creation/maintenance Perform Maintenance

Azure Active Directory Administration
DNS/DHCP

This individual will perform work on the Domain Name Services (DNS) - adding, deleting, and updating object records for IP management.

Resolving discrepancies, perform standard tests (ping, lookups, SSH) to validate data source prior to applying changes.

SCCM:

The individual should be able to

Create Software Update Groups

Create and deploy applications and packages

Create Baseline items, Task Sequences

Create queries for collections or reports or other tasks

Analyze and troubleshoot client issues

Generate custom and standard reports.

Create Powershell scripts to create/modify collections, generate custom reports

Powershell:

Strong knowledge in Powershell scripting. Should be able to create functions, modules

Server Administration:

Good knowledge on Windows Server administration required to analyze and troubleshoot issues

Communication

Excellent Communication Skills (Writted & Oral)

The admin must be able to listen to the design and development teams to be able to organize and coordinate between those groups to resolve defects as the come up throughout the development phase. This involves activities such as conducting coordination meetings, providing weekly status to the project for Build activities, and supporting Project costing and capacity planning.

The admin will work closely with the different teams to validate system operability and performance. The admin also works to coordinate and resolve schedule conflicts and collisions of different projects using the same test infrastructure. Skills:
