o Monitor WirelessGroup mailbox for requests for newlines of service, replace broken, missing/stolen devices, monitor InternationalTravel and working with end users with general questions.

o Review monthly terminations list to determinedisposition of devices associated with a terminated associate.

o Monitor Zero usage reports and react appropriately todisconnect, recover or reassign the device.

o Work with Divisions on special projects, like rollingout phones for large groups like Beauty and Digital Selling.

o Recycle equipment that can be returned to TCS or thirdparty vendor to recover some costs of equipment.

o Maintain and Clean Remedy and databases, verifyinguser information, employment status, job title and GL number.

o Work with Team for request to add, move, changedevices.
